  • A small set of approved documents or answers for your first reference content

1. Create your account

Create an account and sign in. Expected result:

2. Complete onboarding

Use onboarding to add your website, choose how you want to prepare content, and move into the initial setup flow. Expected result:
  • Your first domain is created and ready for setup.

3. Review the domain

Open Domain Information and confirm that you are working on the correct website. Expected result:
  • The domain summary looks correct and you can continue to Widget Setup.

4. Configure the widget

Open Widget Setup and complete the main tabs in this order:
  1. Content
  2. Agent
  3. Style
  4. Embed
Expected result:
  • The assistant text, behavior, appearance, and installation settings are ready.

5. Add the widget to your website

Use the Embed tab to copy the installation code and place it on your website. Expected result:
  • The widget appears on the selected website.

6. Add reference content

Open Reference Documents and add your first content set. Good first choices:
  • A few important files
  • One or two short text documents
  • Frequently asked questions in Q&A format

  • Your first documents are saved and ready for review.

7. Review and activate documents

8. Run launch tests

Test the live experience with a small set of real visitor questions. Include:
  • A common question
  • A question about pricing or plans
  • A support question
  • A question that should trigger a clear fallback or handoff
Expected result:
  • The assistant answers clearly and stays within the content you prepared.

9. Monitor the first days

Check these pages after launch:
