Where to manage

Use the Slack card on /:siteId/integrations.

Card states

  • Not connected: Connect Slack
  • Connected: Integration Details
  • Active/inactive switch

Setup flow

  1. Click Connect Slack
  2. Complete workspace authorization
  3. Return and confirm connected state

Details modal fields

  • team_name
  • team_id

​
Operational actions

  • Toggle integration on/off
  • Remove integration with Delete

​
Post-setup checks

  • Correct workspace is connected
  • Switch is enabled for active usage
  • Mention-based test flow behaves as expected

Operational note

If tenant has multiple sites, always validate that integration is enabled on the intended site.
