Open /dashboard to review the current state of your Uppzy workspace. Use the dashboard at the start of each work session. It gives you a quick view of domain health, chat activity, remaining credits, and items that need attention.

What this screen answers quickly

  • Which sites are healthy or broken?
  • What requires immediate action?
  • How much chat activity happened recently?
  • Are remaining credits getting low?
The page header greets the signed-in user and introduces the dashboard summary. If you are part of more than one team, make sure the correct team is selected before you act on the data.

Add domain card

Use the Add New Domain action when you want to connect another website to Uppzy. This card is useful when:
  • You are setting up Uppzy for the first time
  • You want to add another website
  • The dashboard has no domains yet
After adding a domain, continue with domain details and widget setup.

Domain Health

The Domain Health table helps you find which websites need attention first. The table shows:
  • Domain
  • Status
  • Last Ping
  • Last Check
  • Actions
Status meanings:
  • Online: Uppzy is receiving a signal from the website.
  • Offline: Uppzy is not receiving the expected signal.
  • Unchecked: The site has not been verified yet.
Available actions:
  • Details opens the domain information page.
  • Setup opens widget setup for that domain.
  • Verify asks Uppzy to check the widget status again.
Recommended workflow:
  1. Review domains marked Offline first.
  2. Review Unchecked domains next.
  3. Open Setup if the widget is not installed or needs configuration.
  4. Use Verify after you update the website setup.

Partial data warning

If some dashboard data is temporarily unavailable, Uppzy keeps the dashboard open and shows a warning. When this happens:
  • Continue using the sections that loaded correctly.
  • Refresh or retry later for the missing section.
  • Avoid making billing or operational decisions from incomplete data.

KPI cards

The KPI section summarizes:
  • Total domains
  • Total chats
  • Remaining credits
  • Recent chat activity
Use these cards to spot trends quickly:
  • If total chats are growing, review analytics and feedback more often.
  • If remaining credits are low, review your billing plan.
  • If there is no chat activity after setup, check domain health and widget setup.

Tenant Insight

Tenant Insight highlights frequently asked questions when enough chat data exists. Use it to identify:
  • Questions users ask repeatedly
  • Topics that may need clearer knowledge base content
  • Areas to review in analytics or chat history
If there is not enough data yet, this section stays empty until more conversations happen.

Daily dashboard routine

  1. Confirm the correct team is selected.
  2. Check Domain Health for offline or unchecked domains.
  3. Review chat and credit cards.
  4. Look at Tenant Insight for repeated questions.
  5. Open the related setup, billing, or analytics page when a section needs action.

User checklist

  • Keep offline domains at zero whenever possible.
  • Verify new domains after installing the widget.
  • Review remaining credits before high-traffic periods.
  • Use repeated questions as a signal to improve your knowledge base.
