Where to manage

Use the WhatsApp card on /:siteId/integrations.

Card states

  • Not connected: Connect WhatsApp
  • Connected: Integration Details
  • Active/inactive switch

Setup flow

  1. Click Connect WhatsApp
  2. Complete external onboarding steps
  3. Return to dashboard and verify connected state

Details modal fields

  • phone_number_id
  • display_phone_number
  • business_name

​
Operational actions

  • Toggle integration on/off using switch
  • Remove integration with Delete

​
Post-setup checks

  • Card shows connected state
  • Switch is on for production usage
  • Test message returns expected response behavior

Common issues

  • Setup completed but card not connected
  • Integration applied to wrong site
  • Delayed message processing
First check selected site and current integration state.
