Domain Information gives you a quick status view for the selected domain. Use this page when you want to confirm which website you are working on and whether the chatbot setup appears connected.

What you can see

The page includes a summary of the selected domain and its setup status. Common fields include:
  • Domain: the website address connected to this workspace
  • Public key: the identifier used when placing the widget on the website
  • Created at: when the domain was added
  • Connection status: whether the widget appears connected
  • Last widget check: the most recent check time shown by the product
  • Last widget ping: the most recent activity signal shown by the product

Complete domain setup

Use the Complete domain setup button when you are ready to continue configuring the chatbot widget. This takes you to Widget Setup, where you can adjust content, assistant behavior, style, and embed settings.

Connection status

Connection status helps you understand whether the widget setup appears to be working for the selected domain. If the status is verified, continue with your normal testing checklist. If the status is unverified:
  1. Confirm that you are viewing the correct domain.
  2. Open Widget Setup and check the Embed tab.
  3. Confirm that the widget is enabled when you expect it to appear.
  4. Ask the person who manages your website to confirm the embed code was added to the right website.
  5. Refresh the Domain Information page after the website change is live.

Public key handling

The public key may be needed when installing the widget on your website. Copy it only from Uppzy, use it for the selected domain, and avoid changing it manually. Do not place passwords, private credentials, or customer data in notes or messages when coordinating widget setup.
