The Integrations page lets you connect external channels for the selected domain. Each integration appears as a card with its own connect action, active switch, and details area when connected. The page can include:
  • Instagram
  • WhatsApp
  • Slack
  • WordPress Plugin
Some integrations may be available only on certain plans or require permission in the external platform.

Select the right domain first

Integrations are managed per domain. Before changing an integration, confirm that the domain shown in the app is the domain you intend to configure. This is important when your team manages multiple domains, brands, or websites.

Card states

Most integration cards use the same pattern. Not connected:
  • The card shows a Connect button.
  • The active switch is disabled.
  • No connection details are available yet.
Connected:
  • The card shows Integration Details.
  • The active switch can be used.
  • The details window shows the connected account or workspace information.
Error:
  • The card may show an alert if the connection details could not be loaded.
  • Refresh the page or retry the setup flow if the issue persists.

Active switch

Use the switch on a card to enable or disable that integration.
  • On: the connected integration is active.
  • Off: the connection remains saved, but the integration is paused.
Use Off when you want to stop activity temporarily without deleting the connection.

Delete or disconnect

Use Delete from an integration’s details window when you want to remove the connection for the selected domain. Before deleting:
  1. Confirm the selected domain is correct.
  2. Confirm the connected account or workspace is the one you intend to remove.
  3. Let your team know if the channel is currently used for customer or team conversations.
Deleting an integration does not remove your Uppzy domain or Reference Documents, but the channel may need to be connected again before it can be used.
  1. Prepare Reference Documents and Widget Setup.
  2. Open Integrations for the correct domain.
  3. Connect one channel at a time.
  4. Confirm Integration Details after each connection.
  5. Turn the switch on only when the team is ready.
  6. Send a test message through the connected channel.
  7. Review Chat History and Statistics after testing.
