Page structure

The Team page contains:
  • Active members

  • Invite Member action, when your role allows it

Roles

  • Owner: full team management authority.

  • Member: usage-focused access.
Use the lowest role that fits the person’s responsibility.

Active members

The active members table shows:
  • Member name
  • Member email
  • Role
  • Available actions
Your own row is marked with you. Owners can change eligible member roles from the role control in the table.

Invite a member

Owners and admins can invite members when the Invite Member button is visible. To invite someone:
  1. Click Invite Member.
  2. Enter the person’s email address.
  3. Choose a role.
  4. Click Send Invitation.
  5. Check the Pending Invitations table for the invitation status.
The invited person must accept the invitation from the email address that received it.

Pending invitations

The Pending Invitations table shows invitations that have not been accepted yet. It includes:
  • Email
  • Role
  • Invited by
  • Expiration date
  • Cancel action
Cancel an invitation when it was sent to the wrong email, the role was wrong, or the invitation is no longer needed.

Change a role

Owners can update eligible members from the active members table. Use role changes carefully:
  • Promote to admin only when the person needs workspace management access.
  • Keep owner access limited to people responsible for workspace continuity.
  • Review role changes with the team when responsibilities change.

Member removal

Owners and admins can remove eligible members when the action is available in the row menu. Before removing someone:
  • Confirm they no longer need access
  • Make sure any handoff is complete
  • Cancel pending invitations for people who should not join

User checklist

  • Invite users with the correct work email.
  • Assign the lowest role that fits the job.
  • Keep at least one reliable owner available.
  • Review pending invitations regularly.
  • Remove access promptly when someone leaves the team.
